BARKEEP
Allison Young
Allison Young is a recent graduate from the University of Central Florida with dual degrees in Entertainment Business Management and Theatre Studies. She is very excited to be joining the cast of We Begin In A Tavern and couldn't be more thrilled to be performing at this year's Orlando Fringe Festival. Her recent stage credits include: Foul Lines (Rylie), Rehearsal for Murder (Alex), Conformity (Pam), and Noises Off! (Brooke Aston). Her directing credits include: Manor of Death, Side Story, and This Isn't Baseball. You can see performances of Manor of Death at this year's Fringe Festival co-directed by Allison Young and Cristina Neely. She is so grateful to work alongside such an incredibly talented and comedic bunch of performers and have the support of her amazing friends and family along the way!

Savannah Kutryb
Savannah Kutryb is a senior at UCF majoring in Clinical Psychology, with a minor in Theatre. She has a passion for expressing herself on stage and a drive for helping children and teens in the field of mental health. They have been seen in the UCF Project Spotlight productions fall 2022 Manor of Death (The Entertainer), spring 2022 We Begin in a Tavern (Sid), and fall 2021 Casino Heist (Casey). Other theatre credits include The Comedy of Errors (Angelo/Emilia), Antigone (Ismene), The Busy Body (Scentwell). She is so incredibly proud to perform this incredible show again and get to work alongside the phenomenal Cristina Neely as director for the fourth time!

BARD 1
Zachary Engeloff
Zachary Engeloff is a UCF Graduate. His UCF works include the U/S for Mr. Baldinger & Couch Ralph for the Pegasus Playlab production of Race to Infinity in Summer 2022. He was also in the Project Spotlight productions of Poltergeist as Donnie/The Caller in Fall 2021, and We Begin in a Tavern as Bard #1 in Spring 2022. Zachary grew up in Dunedin, Florida with his mother and sister.

BARD 2
Caroline Cutillo
Caroline Cutillo is a current senior in the BA Theatre Studies and Dance Minor Programs. In addition to her theatrical pursuits, she is also an advocate for those with disabilities, one of the few choreographers for UCF Dance Concert 2022, and is part of numerous student organizations on campus. She is pursing her career in acting in film/tv. Her past credits include The Games We Play (Robin), Manor of Death (U/S The Entertainer/The Mistress), and Indecent UCF Spring 2022 (Backstage Production). She is so happy to perform this show again with this amazing cast. She would like to thank her friends and family for all of their love and support!

BARD 3
Danny Sanchez
Danny Sanchez (He/Him) is an Orlando based performer and Social Media Coordinator at Icon Park. He just graduated from the University of Central Florida with his Bachelor’s in Theatre Studies and Double Minor(s) in Journalism and Creative Writing. His Theatre UCF credits are Bard 3 (We Begin In A Tavern Project Spotlight), Bandito 2 / Toucan (Sombra Del Sol), Judge #2 (Talkback- Project Spotlight). Some of Danny’s other credits have been William Barfee (25th Annual…Spelling Bee), Christopher Wren (The Mousetrap), Parker/Others (Freaky Friday), and The Steward (Into the Woods). He hopes you enjoy the show.

Audrey Casteris
Audrey Casteris (Ensemble, U/S Barkeep) is thrilled to be making her Fringe debut with a show
as exciting as this one! Previous roles include Berthe (Pippin), Babe Botrelle (Crimes of the
Heart), and Rootie (Graceland).

Carolina Rosario
Carolina has recently graduated from UCF with a B.A in Theatre Studies and is so excited to be making her Orlando Fringe Debut! She is an actor and singer. Her most recent credit includes UCF’s Project Spotlight A Guide Through Hell (Marc/Jamie). But also, The Lost Cosmonauts (U/S Springfield & Voice of Houston), A Glitch of Fate (Sidney), and UCF’s Pegasus Playlab A Race To Infinity (Guadalupe/Mrs.Ramos). Another credit includes UCF’s The Wolves (U/S #25). She would like to thank her friends and family for their constant support.

Paul Pelletier Jr.
Paul Pelletier Jr is 22 years old and in his final semester of receiving his BFA in Acting at the University of Central Florida. Paul has played various parts there, such as his most recent role as Duke Fredrick in As You Like It by William Shakespeare, and The White Rabbit in Shrek the Musical. Paul has also performed parts in the local Orlando Area, such as Laurie in Little Women and The Man in RENT. Paul is also an avid D&D Player, having run 2 D&D Campaigns for the last 3 years. He loves the game and acting both for the amazing people you end up bonding with, while telling incredible stories!

Taylor Petros
Taylor Petros is a junior at the University of Central Florida, receiving a BA in Film with a minor in Theatre. She has been a part of various student films and theatre productions. Most recently, Taylor has acted in multiple Project Spotlight shows at UCF, including Team Spirit, Shaken, on the Rocks, as well as the original production of We Begin in a Tavern. This is Taylor's first time performing in the Orlando Fringe Festival, and she is so excited to be a part of We Begin in a Tavern once again. She would like to thank her family and friends for all of their support.

Danilo González-Castaño
Danilo González-Castaño is a Colombian-American in his final semester at the University of Central Florida studying in the B.A. Theatre Studies program and minoring in Cinema Studies. They are thrilled to debut in Orlando Fringe after being a part of the original showing of We Begin in a Tavern (Swing) through Project Spotlight. Recent credits include The Games We Play (Beck) and Sombra del Sol (Etay/Bandito). Adventure awaits!
